I am a strategy person, I love to work with businesses to develop their solution, I love to start businesses, I then enjoy selecting a team of individuals that are much better, faster and smarter than I at doing the ‘operations’ work in order for me to effectively, “get out of the way” and allow them to ‘do their thing’!
